This social takes place at the Leyton Orient Supporters Club, who have won the Greater London Club of the Year award on multiple occasions and features a tap takeover by the One Mile End Brewery. For more information please click here.
There is no football match taking place – this is an event purely for beer drinkers.
Doors open at 17:00, and (based on the last similar event at the club) it’s likely to get very busy, therefore Bromley CAMRA members some are aiming to get there for about 17:00
Getting from Bromley to Orient is not exactly the most straight-forward journey, and there are a vast number of possible route options, however some of us will be travelling by the following route:
15:43 train from Bromley South to Blackfriars (16:19) *
Change to District Line, to Mile End
Change to Central Line to Leyton
Walk to Club (approx 10 mins)
Anybody who wishes to travel via the same route at that time is welcome to join us. We’ll aim to be in the fifth carriage.
* This train begins its journey at Orpington at 15.03, and calls at the following stations in (or close to) our borough:
Petts Wood (15:36)
Bromley South (15:43)
Beckenham Hill (15:50)
